AAvPA Symposium Keynote Summary

In November, SystemiQ’s Managing Director, Allison McDonald, had the privilege of being invited to be a keynote speaker at the International Symposium of AAvPA  and PACDEFF in Sydney.  Her presentation explored a systems-based approach to training, and promoted several principles that may help aviation and other safety-critical industries, in meeting the identified human performance challenges of the coming decades.  The presentation also outlined the benefits of the Evidence-based Training (EBT) concept, in meeting these future challenges.
