SystemiQ was thrilled to be involved in the recent RiSSB Rail Safety conference in Sydney, which was successfully run as a hybrid online and onsite conference. There was a diverse range of presentations, covering safety innovation, fatigue management, asset management, safety culture and track worker safety. SystemiQ’s Allison McDonald presented alongside some other great speakers in the safety culture stream, where presenters discussed systems-focused approaches to safety culture, as a key component of organisational culture.
